The LDA exists to:

• promote a professional code of conduct, training and qualifications
• educate and inform key audiences of the positives of the trade
• campaign on issues such as tax, licensing, planning and other policies
• offer high quality, value added advice to members on operational issues
• provide members with an opportunity to meet like-minded operators

Through this we hope to foster a supportive environment within which clubs can continue to operate their businesses profitably and free from unnecessary interference or cost.

To achieve this, we will seek to establish positive relationships with a range of key opinion fomrers and policy makers, as well as other trade bodies.
